11. TALK MOD
This is an envelope controlled talking modulator. The vocal character will change
according to the input from your guitar.
HINT:
If you assign the MANUAL knob to the expression pedal, you’ll be able to
control the vowel sound from the pedal. In this case, DEPTH (value knob 1) will
have no effect.
E. DELAY
EFFECTS
Here you can select one of 11 delay-type effects.
*: This indicates a parameter that you can control from the expression pedal.
1. ECHO PLUS
This models one of the most respected analogue tape echo machines ever made.
In the original, the “echo” is produced by a playback head and the exact “delay
time” is set by varying the motor speed. Many professionals prefer these “lo-fi”
units because of the warm, dark echoes they produce.
2. MULTI HEAD (MULTI HD)
This is a model of a tape echo unit boasting three playback heads. The echo from
each head (A, B, C) has its own feedback loop, letting you create warm and com-
plex “multitap” echo effects.
[1] “DEPTH” 0.0–10.0 * Adjusts the depth of operation.
[2] “ATTACK” 1.0–10.0 * Adjusts the speed of response.
[3] “MANUAL” 1.0–10.0 * Adjusts the vocal character. If DEPTH is set
to 10, MANUAL will not function.
[4] “TYPE” “A-E”–“O-U” Selects one of the following transitions
between vowels.
