CLP-811/611 Configuration Functions (FUNCTION mode)
F7.Metronome (Metronome settings)
This function sets the beat and volume for the
metronome.
1 To access these settings, enter FUNCTION mode and
go to main function F7.
2 Next, press [+/YES] to enter the subfunction group. If
necessary, use [t] or [s] to select the subfunction
(either “Beat” or “Volume”), and then use [+/YES] or
[-NO] to set the value.
Subfunctions
7.1 Beat
Values: NORMAL (no beat), 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
Default: NORMAL
7.2 Volume
Values: 1,...,20
Default: 10
NOTE
You can also set the metronome volume without
entering FUNCTION mode. Simply hold down
the [METRONOME] button and press [-NO] or
[+/YES] to change the setting.
NOTE
As a shortcut, you can switch directly into the
metronome setup function by holding down
[METRONOME] and pressing [FUNCTION].
Once you have changed the settings, press
[FUNCTION] again to return to normal mode.
F8.Display (Display mode)
This function selects the type of information
displayed in the screen areas indicated below.
1 To access this item, enter FUNCTION mode and go to
main function F8.
2 Press [-/NO] or [+/YES] to change the setting.
Values: NORM, CHORD, VELO, MIDI
Default: NORM
Explanation
NORM (normal)
CHORD
The bar graph shows the volume of each note being hit,
where the leftmost bar indicates note C (of any octave) and
the rightmost bar shows note B (of any octave). If you hit
two or more like-named notes (for example, C1 and C3), the
graph indicates the volume for the loudest of these.
