Set the source routing such that the serial output from the OmniTek system is coming from the OmniGen
test sequence, and the analyzer input is connected to the serial input.
Enable the A/V Delay Measurement dialogue by selecting the delay icon on the toolbar, or by
selecting “Engineering > Delay Test”.
Select “Loop Delay” or “Relative Delay” on the dialogue box, to choose the measurement type to be
performed.
The audio and video delay values will be displayed on the dialogue box. Please note that the delay
calculations are performed once for each loop around the 192-frame video sequence, therefore there is a
latency of several seconds before new delay readings are displayed.
