To produce an ID-card and/or label:
• Click on the ‘Produce Card’ push button situated at the bottom right of
the main window.
A label will be printed if the first three conditions above are met and also:
• The ‘Label Printing’ option is selected
• A printer has been properly connected to the PC
Configuring the screen line - this option allows you to specify which fields
will appear in the screen line.
• Select the ‘Configure’ menu and click on ‘Screen Line...’.
The following dialogue box appears:
There are two drop-down list boxes with scroll bars, each one containing a
list of all possible fields.
To specify the first field:
• Scroll through the left drop-down list box until you find the required
field. Select this field by clicking on it.
Repeat this for the right drop-down list box. If you wish to alter any of your
selections simply repeat the above process.
You can also specify the number of characters for each field. The combined
sum of the characters in both fields must always be 30, so increasing the
length of one automatically decreases the length of the other.
