Layer Octave Shift
The Layer Octave Shift setting allows the pitch of the layered sound (shown in the second line of the LCD
display) when using Dual mode to be raised or lowered in octave steps.
1. Selecting the Layer Octave Shift setting
Enter the Key Settings menu (page 64).
Press the
e
or
f
buttons to select the Layer Octave Shift
setting.
2. Adjusting the Layer Octave Shift value
Press the
c
or d buttons to increase or decrease the value of
the Layer Octave Shift setting.
* The layered sound pitch can be raised or lowered by up to 2 octaves.
Press a SOUND SELECT button to exit the Layer Octave Shift
setting and return to normal operation.
* Some layered sounds may not produce a sound when the octave
range is raised beyond a certain value.
