Key Zone Slope
Inadditionto“hard”splits,wherethesoundchanges
abruptly,youcanusetheSlopeparametersto
graduallyfadeasoundinoroutoverarangeofkeys.
Intheexampleabove,youcouldsettheBottomKeyof
timbre1toG3,andsettheTopKeyoftimbre2toG4,
sothatthesetwotimbresoverlap.
Next,ifyousettheBottomSlopeoftimbre1
to12,and
settheTopSlopeoftimbre2to12,thesoundwill
changegraduallyinsteadofchangingsuddenly.

letyoufadeinandfadeoutsoundsgraduallyovera
velocityrange,insteadofasimplehardswitch.
Inthecaseoftheexampleabove,youcouldsetthe
velocityzonesofthetwoTimbressothattheypartially
overlap.Then,settheTopSlopeandBottomSlopeso
