The following table lists the modes for the Master Cards/Modules and blink patterns for the front
panel LEDs for each mode.

AXlink bus failure Master detects a communication failure on
the AXlink bus.
3 Blinks Normal Normal
Contacting DHCP server Master is contacting a DHCP server for IP
configuration information.
On Off Fast Blink
Unknown DHCP server Master could not find the DHCP server. Fast Blink Off Off
Downloading program/
firmware
Downloading a program to the Master
Card's on-board flash memory.
Fast Blink Fast Blink Fast Blink
No program running There is no program loaded, or the pro-
gram is disabled.
On Normal Normal

AXLink LED Blink Patterns
Blink Pattern Description
Off No power or the controller is not functioning properly.
1 blink per second Normal operation. Device numbers match the programmed device numbers in
the Axcess program.
2 blinks per second Device numbers do not match the Axcess program, a device is not present, or
a device is not set to the right number.
3 blinks per second AXlink bus error. Check all AXlink bus connections.
Full on Axcess program is not present and there is no AXlink activity.
