Record and Playback Your Performance
Saving Performance Songs onto Floppy
Disk
The performance data that you recorded will disappear when the power of
the AT-5 is turned off. If you wish to keep the performance data, you can
save it on a floppy disk.
If the performance data has never been saved to a floppy disk, a “
symbol appears in the display. When the performance data is saved to a
floppy disk, this symbol will no longer be displayed.

1. Insert a floppy disk formatted (p. 48) on the AT-5 into the
disk drive.
2. Press the [Save] button.
3. Press the Value [-] and [+] button to select the format.
You can select either “ORIGINAL” or “SMF” format.
