Selects the tone(s) whose pitch will be changed by the pitch
bend lever.

D BEAM
POLARITY
+, - Specifies the direction in which the value will change when
the D BEAM’s FILTER/ASSIGN button is lit.
“+” and “-” will invert the direction of change.
* This will not change the direction of the change that oc-
curs when the PITCH button or EXPRESS button is lit.
Hold down the D BEAM FILTER/AS-
SIGN button and choose the direction
in which the value will be changed by
moving the knob or slider of the de-
sired parameter (p. 21).
ACTIVE
EXPRESSION
OFF, ON Specifies the operation performed by the D Beam controller
when you press the D BEAM's EXPRESS button so it is lit.
OFF:
The D Beam controller will change the volume.
ON:
The D Beam controller will control Active Expres-
sion (p. 20) which combines two tones.
