following reasons:
1. Logical drive initialization canceled by user.
2. On of the member drives failed during logical drive initialization.
3. One of the member drive encountered bad block.
What to
Do?
Carefully identify and replace the faulty drive and let the logical drive
re-initialize and start rebuild.
