37: 2Vo PITCH SHIFTER (2-Voice Pitch Shifter)
Shifts the pitch of the original sound. This 2-voice pitch shifter has two pitch
shifters, and can add two pitch-shifted versions of the original sound.

allowed to decay naturally.
