Adjusting The Headlights
Before attempting to adjust the head-
light beam alignment ensure that:
• All tires are inflated to their correct
pressures.
• The vehicle is in an unladen condi-
tion.
• The vehicle is positioned with all
wheels on level surface.
1. The two screws for adjusting the
alignment of the headlights are
accessible through the holes pro-
vided at the front of each headlight
surround.
2. Adjusting screw (1) is for vertical
alignment of the light beam. Adjust-
ing screw (2) is for horizontal align-
ment of the light beam.
NOTE: Passenger side access
hole for adjustment is to the
right of the headlight.
Fuses
WARNING! To avoid over-
loading the electrical cir-
cuits and the subsequent
possibility of fire, do NOT fit
a fuse that exceeds the rec-
ommended rating.
WARNING! Repeated failure
of the same fuse indicates a
circuit fault which MUST be
investigated and rectified.
All standard circuit fuses are located in
two fuse boxes on either side of the
instrument panel.
Each blade type fuse is color coded to
identify its amperage rating as follows:
Ta n (5 amp)
Brown (7.5 amp)
Red (10 amp)
Blue (15 amp)
Radio (optional)
The optional radio is installed in the cab
roof center panel. To learn how to oper-
ate it, see the radio’s “Operator’s Man-
ual” in the glove compartment.
