Chapter 5. Parameter Guide COSM GUITAR
This changes the pulse width of the PWM waveform.
* Cannot be turned on/off.
PRESET
Select one of the pre-programmed types of modulation.
DEPTH (PWM depth) [0–100]
This sets the depth to which the waveform’s pulse width is
varied. Higher values result in deeper undulations.
RATE (PWM rate) [0–100]
This sets the speed of the cycle at which the waveform’s
pulse width is varied. Higher values result in a faster cycle.
This sets the force of attack when a string is played.
* Cannot be turned on/off.
PRESET
Select one of the pre-programmed types of attack.
LENGTH [0–100]
This sets the decay time for the attack portion of the sound. A
smaller setting results in a shorter attack.
MOD-TUNE (modulation tune) [0–100]
This sets the tuning for the modulation applied to the attack.
MOD-DEP (modulation depth) [0–100]
This sets the depth of the modulation applied to the attack.
Larger values result in deeper undulations.
LEVEL [0–100]
This sets the volume level of the attack portion.
BODY LEV [0–100]
This sets the volume level for the sustained portion of the
sound.
This is a Long Tone Instrument suitable for playing solo
parts or slow songs. Like an organ, you should balance out
the volume levels for the three parameters to create just the
sound you’re after.
* Cannot be turned on/off.
PRESET
Select one of the pre-programmed types of organ.
FEET-16 [0–100]
This is a Long Tone one octave lower than the guitar.
FEET-8 [0–100]
This is a Long Tone at the same pitch as the guitar.
