Detailed settings for various functions (Utility screen)
This will erase the user tones and user setups stored in the V-Piano, resetting the V-Piano’s settings to the factory-set state.
When you execute “Factory Reset All,” all user setups and user tones will be lost. If you want to keep the contents of memory,
save your data to USB memory (sold separately) as a setup file (p. 87).
All operations are disabled while the Factory Reset is being executed. Moreover, no sound be heard even if you play the
keyboard.
If the V-Piano is connected via USB to your computer, disconnect the USB cable before you execute this operation.
Factory Reset does not return the internal memory (the area in which song data and setup files are stored) to the factory-set
state. If you want to return the V-Piano’s internal memory to the factory-set state, you must execute the Format operation
on the internal memory (p. 95).

In the Initialize screen, turn the [VALUE] dial to select “Factory Reset All,” and then press the [ENTER] button or
the [F1 (ENTER)] button.

A confirmation message will appear.
The screen will indicate “Erases entire memory content and restores factory presets.”
To execute the factory reset, press the [F4 (EXECUTE)] button.

To cancel without executing the factory reset, press the [EXIT] button.

A confirmation message will appear will appear.
To execute the factory reset, press the [F4 (OK)] button.

If you decide to cancel without executing, press the [F1 (CANCEL)] button or the [EXIT] button.

The message “Executing... Don’t Power OFF” is shown while the factory reset is being executed. Never turn off
the power during this time.

When the factory reset is finished, the screen will indicate “Power off, then on.” Turn the V-Piano’s power off,
and then on again.
