This command is used to set the PANEL LOCK.

Specify the setup or release of the PANEL LOCK as the parameter.
Example: When specifying release of the PANEL LOCK.
43[H] 4C[H] 43[H] 4B[H] 40[H] 0D[H] (‘C L C K @ CR’)
PARALLEL I/O : 43[H] 50[H] 49[H] 4F[H] (‘CPIO’)
This command is used to set the functions of the REMOTE PARALLEL terminal.
