CABI/EQ BLOCK
1. CABINET
Some of the most important factors that determine the sound
of a guitar amp are the share of the cabinet, and the type and
number of speakers.
The Cabinet block simulates the cabinet and speaker charac-
ters of a wide range of amps, ranging from vintage amps to
modern amps.
When recording on the PXR4, using this block will give your
instrument the same sense of presence as if you were actually
playing through a guitar amp.
1x8 Twd (1x8 TWEED)
This cabinet model simulates an open backed enclosure with
one 8-inch speaker.
1. AIR......................... [0...10]: Simulates the resonance of the cabi-
net, and the filtering effects produced
by the acoustical interference between
speakers.
2. LEVEL.................... [1...10]: Adjusts the output level when the
cabinet model is used.
3. PRESENCE............ [1...10]: Adjusts the tone of the high-fre-
quency range.

If the sound is distorted, slightly reduce the LEVEL and
PRESENCE settings.

one 12-inch speaker.
