<n>: numeric parameter.

0 (default value): disables the URC

1: enables the URC“+CGREG:<stat>”

2: enables the URC“+CGREG:<stat>[<lac>,<ci>]”
<lac>: Location Area Code (LAC)
<ci>: Cell Identity (CI)
