<numericn>: indicates an operator in numeric format.
<alphan>: indicates an operator in long string format.
8.1.3 Examples
Example 1:
Query the command status.
AT+COPN=?
OK The command is available.
Example 2:
Query all the operator information.
AT+COPN
+COPN: “36320”, “DIGICEL”
<list of operator information, which is omitted due to excessive length>

8.2 AT+COPS - Command for Selecting Operators
