3.5 +CIEV – Command for Indicating the Status Change
When the status of relevant event set by using AT+CIND or AT^SIND is changed, the
MT unsolicitedly reports +CIEV.

Reports with the standard format.
<CR><LF>+CIEV: <indDescr>,<indValue>1[,<indValue>2]<CR><LF>
URC2
Reports with the "nitz" indication format.
<CR><LF>+CIEV: <indDescr>,<nitzUT>,<nitzTZ>,<nitzDST><CR><LF>
Function
Indicates that the status of the event registered by using AT+CMER is
changed.
