11.9.3 Setting the Storage Location

Function
Sets the storage media on which the operations of reading and writing
short messages are performed.

Example 1:
Read the current status of storage location.
AT+CPMS=?

Example 2:
Check the available storage location of short messages.
AT+CPMS?
+CPMS: “SM”,12,20, “SM”,12,20, “SM”,12,20
OK
Example 3:
Set the first storage location of short message to SM.
AT+CPMS=“SM”
