Press [PLAY (DISPLAY)].

Hold down [SHIFT] and press [ ] or [ ] so that the center
section of the display is enclosed in a bold frame.

Press [F2 (LM In)]. If [F2] does not show “LM In,” first press
[PAGE] so that “LM In” appears, and then press [F2 (LM In)].
Now the level meters will show the volume level of the input
source.

Make sure that the lower left of the center line of the display
indicates “Pre.” If it indicates “Pst,” press [F4 (→PRE)]. The
volume levels before passing through the channel fader (Pre
Level) will be displayed.
