Making a Multi-Track Recording
Canceling the Recording
Checking the Time Available for Recording
(Remaining Time)
Each time a performance is recorded on a track, hard disk capacity will be
used up, and the remaining time available for recording will decrease. You
may continue recording as long as there is sufficient capacity on the hard
disk. When you would like to know how much recording time is left, you
can use the following procedure. It is a good idea to check the remaining
recording time before you start recording.

Hold down [SHIFT] and press [PLAY (DISPLAY)] several
times so that the name of the current song is displayed. At this
time, the level meters will not be displayed.

The amount of available time on the hard disk drive will be
displayed next to “Remain” in the upper section of the display
(in this example there are 28 minutes and 47 seconds of
recording time available).
