Press [F5 (OPTIM)]. If [F5] does not indicate “OPTIM,” first
press [PAGE] so that “OPTIM” is displayed, and then press
[F5 (OPTIM)].

“Song Optimize, Execute ?” (execute the Song Optimize
operation?) will be displayed. Press [F4 (Exec)]. If you decide
not to execute the operation, press [F6 (EXIT)].

A message will ask you to confirm. Press [ENTER/YES]. If you
decide not to execute, press [EXIT/NO].

“Optimize Really Sure ?” will be displayed. Press [ENTER/
YES] to execute the Optimize operation. If you decide not to
execute, press [EXIT/NO].

When the Optimize operation is completed, you will return to
the display where you began.

situation, it may take some
time for the Optimize
operation to be completed.
This is not a malfunction.
Do not turn off the power
until Optimize has been
completed.
