detailed information for the specic neighbor only.

Usage: show ip pim neighbor [IP-ADDR]
Description: Show PIM neighbor information. Invoked without parameters
shows all PIM neighbors of this device. If the IP-ADDR is
specied then detailed information for the specied neighbor
is shown.
