Operation:

Assembler Syntax: IF1 %rA,IMM5
Example: ADDI %g0,1 ; include if bit 7 was set
Description: Skip next instruction if the single bit RA[IMM5] is 0. If the next instruction is PFX,
then both PFX and the instruction following PFX are skipped together.
