Eect Settings (EFFECT)
The GR-55 contains seven eects processors (AMP, MFX, MOD, CHORUS, DELAY, REVERB, EQ), which are organized as shown in the illustration below.

Guitar eects
By internally connecting eects to the PCM tones and the modeling tone that make up the patch, you can create a broad range of sounds.
Switching the Eect Type
Eects are already applied to the patches built into the GR-55. By
editing these settings, you can change the sound to your taste.
1. Select the patch whose eect settings you want to edit (p.16).
2. Press the [EDIT] button to access the EDIT screen.
3. Use the PAGE [ ] [ ] buttons to select the EFFECT tab.
The screen shows the eects that are applied to the currently selected
patch.
4. Turn an eect on/o.
Use the cursor buttons to select an eect, and use the dial to
turn that eect on /o .
5. Switch the eect type.
Use the cursor buttons to select the eect whose type you
want to change, and use the dial to switch the eect type.
The eect types are listed as shown in the illustration.
6. Press the [ENTER] button.
7. When you’ve nished editing, press the [EXIT] button.
8. If you want to keep the changes you made, save the patch
(p.60).
