Transfer to Outside Parameters
These parameters specify how the VPS will transfer calls to trunks from the following services:
Custom Service, Call Transfer Service, and Personal Custom Service.
[Outside Transfer Sequence]
• Call Transfer to Outside Sequence
Specifies the sequence the VPS uses to transfer calls to trunks.
• Call Transfer to Outside Reconnect Sequence on Busy
Specifies the sequence the VPS uses to reconnect the line when the transferred party is
busy.
• Call Transfer to Outside Reconnect Sequence on No Answer
Specifies the sequence the VPS uses to reconnect the line when the transferred party does
not answer.
• Outside Transfer Answer Mode
Specifies the answering method the VPS uses to recognise whether the destination party
has answered the transferred trunk call.
