Main Menu
2. Choose "Station" from the System Data Programming Main Menu.
3. Choose "Station Setting" or "Station Setting 1" from the Station Menu.
4. Enable XDP ports. Additionally, you may need to place Voice Mail extensions in an Extension
Group.

• The following steps are divided into parts a) and b). Follow step a) or b) according to the
content displayed on your screen.

a)
Return to the System Data Programming Main Menu. Select "System".
b) Return to Station. Select "Hunting Group Setting 1".

a)
Choose "Miscellaneous" from the System Menu.
b) Under "Hunting Group Setting 1", set the Extension Group set in step 4 to [AA] for
Automated Attendant.
7.
a)
Choose the "Call Hunting" extension group. Set the Extension Group set in step 4 to [AA]
for Automated Attendant.
b) Select "Hunting Group Setting 2". Set Group Extension.
8.
a)
Return to the System Data Programming Main Menu. Select "Line", then select "CO Line
Setting 1" or "CO Line Setting 2".
b) Program all lines DIL to the first extension of the Voice Mail hunt group.
