b) Program the PBX so that unanswered calls to the operator are redirected to the VPS
(Intercept Routing No Answer feature).
1) Go to the "3-1 Trunk Group 1/2" screen.
2) Assign "Intercept Destination Day/Night" for the trunk group.
3) Click "Apply" to save the changed data.

• Specify the FDN for the extension group to which VM or AA has been assigned.
