Accessing the System Manager’s
Mailbox
Every job of the System Manager gets started by accessing
the System Manager’s mailbox. To access that mailbox,
you will need the following information beforehand.
System Manager’s Mailbox Number
It has been assigned as ‘99’, ‘999’, ‘9999’ or -99999’.
It depends upon the mailbox number length in System
Programming.
Password of the System Manager’s Mailbox
The VPS requests to enter the password if it has been
assigned. You are responsible for assigning by entering
the System Manager’s service.
To Access the System Manager’s Mailbox

Dial an extension number which is connected to the Voice
Mail service. If your VPS does not have one, call any
number and press [#] [6] (Service Access Command).
You will hear:
a + Sys. Mgr.
Mailbox No.

Please enter your party’s mailbox number.
To enter by nanle, press [#] and [I].

Password + a
If
you are using a rotary telephone, stay on the line.
To call the operator, press [O].

Press a, then enter the System Manager’s mailbox
number (99, 999, 9999, or 99999).
Enter your password, followed by [#].

3 Enter the password followed by m. You are now in the
main command menu.
To receive the message, press [I].
To deliver a message, press [2].
To customize your mailbox, press [3].

To check the mailbox distribution, press [4].
For a system report, press [S].
For other
features, press [6].
To end this call, press [Xl.
