7.1.11 Custom Service Report (CREP)
Used to display the keypad assignments, message recording status and the tree-
structure of a Custom service.
Type “CREP” and Custom service number (l-100), then press [RETURN].

Custom [20]:
Indicates that Custom service No. is “20”.
User-l:
Indicates a type of voice prompts is “User-l”.
Access: 3: Indicates that a Custom service was being accessed 3 times by the callers.
Menu Msg. :None: Indicates that the menu message for a Custom service is
“None (not recorded)“.
[I]-Xfer Mbx (101): Indicates that the caller will be transferred to the mailbox 101 by
pressing [ 1 I.
[2]-Xfer Extn. (102): Indicates that the caller will be transferred to the extension 102 by
pressing [2].
7.1.12 Custom Service Menu Access Count Clear (CCLR)
Used to clear the number of times a Custom service was being accessed by the
caller.
