Delivering Messages
Two ways of message delivery are available. You can also
check whether each message has been delivered success-
fully.
57.1 Delivering Messages to All Mailboxes (Broadcasting Messages)
You can deliver an identical message to all VPS Subscribers

at the same time. This procedure is referred to as Broad-
casting Messages, and the message to be broadcast is re-
corded in the System Manager’s mailbox. This feature is
useful for informing all Subscribers about current VPS sta-

Log in the main command menu.
2 Press m to deliver a message.
3 Press 0 to record a broadcast message.
4 Record a broadcast message and press 0.

,5.7.2 Delivering ‘MeSsages to Specified Mailboxes
You can also deliver messages to more than one Sub-
scriber’s mailboxes by specifying them.
You can designate messages as private, urgent and their de-
livery date and time.
