Tip:
Occasionally, a Subscriber may ask you to delete his mail-
box because it is no longer needed. This is one of your
tasks as System Manager. All you need to carry out the
request is the mailbox number.
See Deleting a Mailbox in Chapter 4.
If the mailbox that you wish to delete is being used, the ac-
tion is canceled with the prompt “Sorry, cannot delete the
mailbox now”.

4 Press m to delete the mailbox.
5 Enter the mailbox number.
6 Press 0 to delete the mailbox.
