(1) Procedure
The following describes a procedure for identifying the cause of an error and the action when the master station
is a safety programmable controller.
When the master station is a standard programmable controller, refer to the following.
User’s manual for the CC-Link IE Field Network master/local module used
If data link cannot be performed even though no error is indicated in the "System Monitor" window, select the master/local
module, and click the button. ( Page 238, Section 12.2 (1) (b))
1. Connect GX Developer to the safety CPU module,
and open the "System Monitor" window.

2. Select the module in which an error has occurred.
• When a module other than the master/local module is
selected
