(b) Checking for error in the master/local module
1. Select the master/local module in the "System
Monitor" window, and click the
button. The "CC IE Field Diagnostics" window will
open. In the CC-Link IE Field Network diagnostics,
identify the cause of the error and take action.

2. If data link cannot be performed even after the
above operation is performed, perform the
following:
• Checking the LEDs ( Page 239, Section 12.3)
• Troubleshooting by symptom
