Do not duplicate station numbers. Data link may be stopped when the station number is duplicated.
(h) Power-on order
To avoid incorrect input from slave stations, power on slave stations before the master station.
(i) Submaster function
A master/local module cannot be used as a submaster station.
In addition, if a safety station is used in a system which includes a submaster station, an error may occur in
