Forced stop valid/invalid" is set "1: Invalid". Be sure to use the forced stop signal (EMI) of the
servo amplifier.
By the QD75MH external equipment connector is connected forced stop, this function
is available for all axes of servo amplifier. (The initial value is "0: Valid".)
