APPENDICES
Functions changed from those of QD75M1/QD75M2/QD75M4
Changed functions Descriptions
Speed change value
Setting range
• When unit [PLS]
Setting range ("1 to 10000000[PLS/s]") is changed to "1 to
50000000[PLS/s]".
• When unit [degree]
When the "Speed control 10 x multiplier setting for degree axis" is
valid, the speed specification range ("0.001 to 2000000.000[degree/
min]") is changed to "0.01 to 20000000.00[degree/min]".
JOG speed change value
Setting range
• When unit [PLS]
Setting range ("1 to 10000000[PLS/s]") is changed to "1 to
50000000[PLS/s]".
• When unit [degree]
When the "Speed control 10 x multiplier setting for degree axis" is
valid, the speed specification range ("0.001 to 2000000.000[degree/
min]") is changed to "0.01 to 20000000.00[degree/min]".
Positioning-speed switching control change value
Setting range
• When unit [PLS]
Setting range ("0 to 10000000[PLS/s]") is changed to "0 to
50000000[PLS/s]".
• When unit [degree]
When the "Speed control 10 x multiplier setting for degree axis" is
valid, the speed specification range ("0.001 to 2000000.000[degree/
min]") is changed to "0.01 to 20000000.00[degree/min]".
Target position change value (speed)
Setting range
• When unit [PLS]
Setting range ("0 to 10000000[PLS/s]") is changed to "0 to
50000000[PLS/s]".
• When unit [degree]
When the "Speed control 10 x multiplier setting for degree axis" is
valid, the speed specification range ("0.001 to 2000000.000[degree/
min]") is changed to "0.01 to 20000000.00[degree/min]".
QD75M:
• The servo parameter (load inertia ratio/position loop gain 1,2/speed
loop gain 1,2/speed integral compensation) is read from servo
amplifier to the buffer memory by the "
Cd.102
servo amplifier data
read".
• When the parameter was changed with auto tuning, all gain
parameters were reflected on the buffer memory of QD75M
regardless of auto tuning mode.
Servo amplifier data read
QD75MH
:
• When servo parameter on the servo amplifier side is changed,
QD75MH reads servo parameters of servo amplifier automatically,
and stores parameter data onto the buffer memory (But, the data
doesn't reflect on Flash ROM.).
• When the parameter was changed with auto tuning, only the
changed servo parameters were reflected on the buffer memory of
QD75MH.
• When the parameter was changed with MR Configurator (servo
amplifier setup software) directly, only the changed servo
parameters were reflected on the buffer memory of QD75MH.
: When the "power OFF/reset of the QD75MH" or "control power OFF of the servo amplifier" is carried out the parameter is changed, it is
not reflected in the buffer memory of the QD75MH. In the case, please change the servo parameter again.
