*TST?
Initiates the Digital Output self test operation and returns one of two possible
responses:
“DIGO: Self-Test Passed”
“DIGO: Self-Test Failed”
NOTE. If the test fails, you can obtain further information on the failure with the
SYST:ERR? query.
