Initiates the Digital Input self test operation and returns one of two possible
responses:
“SurePath: Self Test Passed”
“SurePath: Self Test Failed”
NOTE. If the self-test fails, you can obtain further information with a SYST:ERR?
query.

SUREPATH
Selects the SurePatht module.
TEST:ALL? ”SurePath: Self-Test Passed”
Runs the self-test.
