A 1 allows the MAC to receive all multicast
Ethernet packets, without any filtering.
D01 R/W PRA 0 Accept multicast packets using hash table
1 allows the MAC to receive only those multicast
Ethernet packets that are selected by the multicast
hash table (see "Multicast hash table entries and
