2) Waiting for Interrupt Mode.
When Stylus down occurs in Waiting for Interrupt Mode, this register
generates Interrupt signal (INT_TC) at intervals of several ms for Auto
X/Y Position conversion.
NOTE: Do not use Zero value (0x0000)
